The purpose built factory completed in 1998 at the Port of Bundaberg on the Burnett River, four hours drive from Brisbane, boasts a state-of-the-art processing facility. Known world wide for some of the best seafood available, Queensland is the ideal place for such an operation.  In minutes, live product is transferred from wharf to the on-site aquarium, which is one of the most sophisticated commercial systems in Queensland.  After a resting period, live spanner crab is then ready for supply to both local and export markets.

Our customer bases in Australia, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Vietnam and Japan have made Spanner crab part of international cuisine over the last 20 years.

With a fleet of vessels bringing in fresh product on a daily basis (weather permitting), Spanner crab is a readily available high quality Australian seafood priced to suit most budgets.
